A well-equipped design centre using Delcam for simulation performance helps us analyse Gate points, Cooling behaviour and quality levels at the design stage itself.

TOOL ROOM/MACHINING:

Pools of machining facilities with vertical machining,EDM,Lathe machine,Wirecut and turning centres ensure that we cater to a varied range of product.

We have in house tool manufacturing and repairing setup for equipped with all latest machinery and softwares. We are committed to meet the customer satisfaction & a perfect source for product processing and packaging products, driven by best injection molding practice with value addition.

We have in-house tool manufacturing & repairing machinery with equipments serving more than 100 molds.

INJECTION MOULDING:

Driven by passion to give the best to the work at hand, starting from melting to moulding, our team adapts the production of the most intricate castings to quality standards laid down by customers. BLOW MOULDING:

We provide fully customized solutions for manufacturing plastic bottles, Jars and milk cans. Every aspect of manufacturing process is performed in-house,from consultation to design and engineering to final production

ASSEMBLY:

Our plant has areas dedicated to carry out assembling of parts that requires a specific and controlled atmosphere and customer specific guidelines/test methods.

PACKAGING & LOGISTICS:

Our packaging solutions meet domestic and international norms and methodologies for land, sea and air transport.

PRINTING:

Our printing team is highly skilled. We offer both Pad printing and Screen printing as per customer requirements.
